The Rock & Roll Library Tour is only the beginning! The Black River Group connects musicians, artists, authors, poets, and filmmakers with libraries looking for something a little different to add to their programming menu. We work with performers as well as library staff to create winning library programs that send everyone - staff, patrons, and performers - home happy.

How we help
Uniquely positioned to understand both the library world and the life of a performer on the road, we act as a go-between to help both parties get the most out of their library experiences.
For performers: We will organize performances for you at libraries, whether as an exclusive tour or as part of a tour of your own. For libraries: We take the guesswork out of trying to find a national act for a program at your library. View our roster of upcoming tours and see what fits into your library's goals and budget. We coordinate with performers, simplify the process of scheduling, contracts, and payments, coordinate with your local press, and work with you before and after the show to ensure its success.
